Chrome Works, LLC. business hours are from 9 to 5 EST, Monday thru Friday. Orders can be placed by phone, 800-464-1202, during these hours. Internet orders can be placed 24-hours a day, 7 days a week and will be handled by our staff during business hours.

Sales Tax
Chrome Works, LLC. is a Michigan based company. As such, Michigan customers will be charged sales tax (6%).
Shipments
All orders are shipped the same day if possible. When orders are placed outside of our business hours, we try to ship them on the next business day. Orders are shipped via UPS. Several shipping options are available, including: ground, 3 day, 2 day and next day.
Payments
Internet orders can be purchased with a credit card. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Other payment methods may be available by phone. Call 800-464-1202 for more information.
Cancellations
You have until your order has been shipped to request a cancellation. After that time, see our return policy.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date we ship your product to request a return. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must contact Chrome Works, LLC. and get the RMA number before returning merchandise. Returned products must be new, unused, uninstalled, and complete with all parts, including the original packaging. There is a 15% handling fee for all returned merchandise. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Freight Claims
If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, please keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. Make the claim for damage immediately with the carrier if possible. Contact Chrome Works, LLC. within 24 hours to report the damage.
Warranty
Chrome Works, LLC. provides no warranty, expressed or implied, with regard to the products sold.
